Why taxation can go wrong

Your grid company collects energy taxes on behalf of the authorities. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you pay the correct tax class and this requires action on your part. This can be demanding. The regulations are complicated and constantly changing and the tax rates vary based on factors like your industry, your company´s location, and which activities you carry out.

Analysis

First, we do a thorough analysis of all your electricity meters. We go back over the last three years to see if you have paid correctly.

Refund in case of error

If the review shows that you have paid too much, we handle the refund process based on an authorization from you. After you have received the refund we will invoice you a pre-agreed share of the amount.

No cure – no pay

If we don’t find any errors during the energy audit, it is free for you as a customer. We then provide you with a report confirming that we have not detected any errors in the review.

After the review

You yourself are responsible for ensuring that you pay the correct energy tax in the future. We offer additional services where we can undertake the work of making sure that you pay the correct energy tax on an ongoing basis.
